Head Industrial Designer

Massimiliano is Director and a professor at ISIA in Rome. He has been the creator, with Prof. Mario Rullo, of an innovative working method called “Brand in Product” (Editions ISIA Roma Design, 2016), which integrates product innovation with the company’s brand value. He is product & lighting designer, co-owner of an invention patent of a technological nature during the prototyping phase, which implements the safety of motorists on the highway, and he is involved with two other partners in the design and development of an innovative home automation system and retail, in the patenting phase called Open Light System. He was Architectural Country Manager at Martin Professional, Area Manager at ERCO Illuminazione, and Area Manager at Arkilux Distribution. He has worked for the above-mentioned companies with different roles, from lighting design, management and commercial points of view, to numerous architectural and retail projects, among which we mention: the Ara Pacis in Rome, the Abbey of Casamari, the New Cultural Center of Cinisello Balsamo, the RDS headquarters in Rome, the “Bruno Munari” and “Opera per l’Ara Pacis” exhibitions (the latter by Mimmo Palladino and Brian Eno) at the Ara Pacis museum in Rome, some Lexus showrooms, and the National Hotel in Rome.
